This disc is manufactured by using premium ceramics X-weight polyester backing sanding cloth. For use on stainless steel, titanium, inconel, and other hard-to-grind metals.
The strong fiberglass backing plate ensures the discs’ strength and won’t break even running at the speed of 1.88 times of max RPM. All discs are manufactured by automatic machines, ensuring the discs uniform quality and strict quality control testing is applied.
